Use of Color

Look for information that is only presented through color.

If links are identified using only color (i.e., they are not underlined), use the link contrast checker to verify at least 3:1 contrast between link and body text, and check that there is a non-color change on mouse hover and keyboard focus.
If color change is the only identifier of keyboard focus, ensure at least 3:1 contrast between the default state and the focused state.
